Groups
Anger Management
The anger management group is specifically designed for people who realize they have a problem with controlling their emotions and impulses, their reactions to feelings of anger, and find it difficult to respond to challenging situations of any nature in a non-harmful way. Typically, anger is a secondary emotional response to a primary emotion (sadness, fear, etc.) that can be found underneath the anger. Fear includes feelings like anxiety and worry, and sadness comes from the experience of loss, disappointment, or discouragement.
