Some of my clients want to understand themselves on a deeper emotional level and have curiosity about what will help them to do that. Whatever brings you to treatment, I will work with you and assist to facilitate the work to meet your needs to the best of my ability.
I engage to help my clients reduce stress, anxiety, and depression among other life challenges through my training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and EMDR. We will look at how the past is persisting into the present and how to help move you through what is keeping you stuck.
