I enjoy working with couples, children, adolescents, individuals, and families. My therapeutic approach is grounded in a relational and systemic model. I strive to create a comfortable environment where clients can address their emotions and explore deeper topics. I emphasize the importance of self-regulation and containment, and I employ an interactive approach that helps clients process emotions, develop self-regulation skills, and delve into deeper emotional issues and attachment.
I specialize in a holistic approach that combines Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with deep exploration of trauma, intergenerational trauma, and attachment issues. I also focus on relational therapy and family systems, offering comprehensive support for individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children. I also offer DBT groups.
