In my work as an executive coach and psychologist I help clients reach their full potential. Working with successful executives, entrepreneurs and professionals has helped hone skills which get to the crux of what you most want to achieve. I help people deeply discuss issues they can’t reveal to others, which results in optimized work performance, communication, self- and other-awareness and personal/professional fulfillment. I also have extensive experience using psychotherapy and psychoanalysis to reduce anxiety and depression, pain, illness and traumatic experience. My doctoral research involved creating a new treatment for anxiety and depression integrating yoga and mindfulness. I've received many awards for presentations, speaking engagements and writing.
My comprehensive training in a nine-year postdoctoral certificate program at New York University focused on getting to the deep roots and blocks to optimal functioning. I integrate twenty years of experience to help clients develop happiness, productivity, satisfying relationships, effective self-regulation, improved health, and to attain peak potential.
