I am unfortunately at this time on a waiting list. Hi my name is Tania. I offer an alternative approach to psychotherapy moving beyond traditional, diagnosis-focused mental health services. It is about understanding the adaptations you made to feel safe, processing your own story of experiences, discovering new insights, and feeling empowered to design the life you envision. Whether you’ve experienced loss or change suddenly or gradually unfolding over time, it can be deeply distressing. Your expressions of distress, in whatever form they take, are a way of communicating your needs for health and happiness.

I currently work with ages 14 and up offering psychotherapy, somatic, and biofeedback services. I offer an alternative from a medical model of "what's wrong with you" to "what's happened to you". I hope to provide a new way of understanding how to move through what were highly meaningful understandable responses to your difficult life circumstances.

I believe that our bodies are inherently intelligent, not meant to be fixed. It's about learning to trust our own wisdom & expand our lives in a more peaceful direction rather than contract. I aim to support you in a culturally humble way, in cultivating a fresh narrative characterized by hope and empowerment, to explore with new curiosities toward life.
