I have expertise helping individuals, couples and families. I have been working with children, teens and families in an educational setting for more than 15 years. I’m also trained in Gottman’s Therapy and I’m a “Prepare Enrich Facilitator” for couples. I have experience helping clients who struggle with body image, eating disorder, and self-esteem.
I provide couple's counseling, family, and individual therapy. I also work with children and teenagers and utilize a systemic approach.
