I offer assistance to individuals, families, and couples. I have experience in working with people of different ages, genders, cultures, life stages, and circumstances. I utilize a person first, healing and wellness approach to therapy. I help others to understand how their triggers and traumas may be related to their current life circumstances and ways to overcome current obstacles to have desired improved life outcomes. I work to improve communication skills while expanding access to therapeutic care.
I normally work with young adults to older adults who battle depression, anxiety, low motivation, low self-worth, trauma, and interpersonal conflict. I also work with couples to regain trust, communication, intimacy, and understanding.
My communication style is soft and open. I encourage self-reflection and motivational safe spaces for my clients to be truthful and real about their experiences in their time. This is your space, I would never force you to do things you are not comfortable with.
