I provide individual therapy with an option of affordable ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) in the Asheville area. My approach to therapy is grounded in the principles of Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. By fostering a safe and compassionate space, I aim to create an environment where individuals can explore their inner landscapes with authenticity and curiosity. I believe every human has the capacity to access their inner healing intelligence and achieve wellness by gaining new perspectives. I aim to provide low-cost KAP for people who have treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
With an IFS-informed approach, I treat a range of mental health issues including (but not limited to) treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction and grief. I am a passionate proponent of psychedelic-assisted therapy and have personally witnessed tremendous healing using ketamine with clients who are at the end of their rope.
