I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Georgia. My experience comes from providing direct mental health and behavioral counseling for teens and adults with a variety of presenting issues, including anxiety, relationship and family issues, trauma, community violence, gender identity, and depression. I approach the therapeutic relationship with an acute sensitivity and respect for multi/cross-cultural factors. My clinical experience includes working with a diverse population which includes race, youth, families, and adults given my firsthand experience in navigating generational and cultural differences.
My therapy style and approach draws influence from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychoeducation, and Structural systems. A top priority for me is to meet you where you are and calibrate treatment and my approach to what will work best for us as we work together to meet your goals.
