You are so much more than your OCD symptoms or diagnosis. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and never judged. I take a collaborative approach to treatment, building a strong therapeutic partnership and using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help you reduce symptoms and regain confidence. Watching people grow through ERP and reclaim their lives is the most rewarding part of my work. I also treat anxiety, perinatal mood disorders, and depression.
When you start with NOCD, you’ll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues, depending on your preferences. We’ll take the time to get to know you and create a treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. Plus, we offer support between sessions through direct messaging and a community of peers with OCD, ensuring you never feel alone.
Think about your goals for therapy. At times, you may find it challenging to embrace the therapeutic process, but learning to get comfortable with being uncomfortable is key. Change is not instant, so be patient with yourself. I look forward to working with you and helping you conquer your OCD.
