I am honored to have the opportunity to partner with you on a therapeutic journey to self discovery, healing and emotional wellness. Utilizing a multi-modal approach, we will work together to uncover underlying concerns, identify damaging thought patterns and balance responses to improve your quality of life. I am also board certified to provide clinical supervision in the state of Maryland and in Washington, DC.
I hold certifications in Mindfulness and Trauma Informed practices. In these Post-Covid times, I have found that acknowledging shared trauma and building skills to calm anxiety is key! I also hold a special place for challenges that are specific to experiences of women, women who identify as BIPOC, individuals identifying as LGBTQIA+ and adolescents.
I believe, we all do the best we can with the tools we have. We owe it to ourselves to constantly strive to expand our emotional toolboxes. In these times when it can be very difficult to do this, we must lean on our community and tap into our strengths to identify support in improving our capacity to manage life's challenges.
