I frequently work with people who have a lot of moving parts in their lives. Whether you’re navigating traumatic experiences, exploring components of identity, or wading through overwhelming seasons of life in other ways, my goal is to help you sift through it all and provide support to process at your own pace. I'm comfortable navigating many of the other pieces that come with trauma or overwhelm - managing episodes of depression, mitigating anxiety, and creating spaces that make life feel worth living.
My style is best described as gentle yet direct, and in my years as a therapist I’ve developed an appreciation for humor that can help approach hard topics. I utilize a relational approach and am skilled in treating complex trauma. I have specialized training in a variety of trauma modalities, identity exploration, self-injury, and suicidal ideation.
My office is an affirming space and I’m happy to explore what that means for you. The therapy process works best when you feel most safe to explore your thoughts with compassion and curiosity.
