A.C.E.S. stands for Attitude, Compassion, Education and Supports. These are the core attributes and values I use to help my clients and their families find answers, serenity, and balance. I have been helping families, frustrated parents and students who are struggling for well over a decade. My practice includes individual & family therapy, communication skills, education, modification of "behaviors" and helping families understand more of the “why” behind how we act and a deeper understanding of what we feel and how to make appropriate changes
I offer a warm, therapeutic environment and work to make each client feel heard in a safe, supportive space. My office also offers a Sensory Room which can help clients relax and engage with their environment using their senses. These experiences can help children develop more behavioral and emotional skills as well as helping with sensory regulation
Often these times in childhood can be hard on all concerned, knowing that you are not alone and working toward an understanding of both what to do and how to grow and succeed going forward can be a big relief.
