Humor has long been considered an essential element of healing. I place great value on the coupling of feelings. The deep coexisting alongside the light. I consider building rapport to be the first step in laying the foundation of our safe space. Relationships are multifaceted, and I enjoy looking at each part and figuring out how all the pieces come together in a way that can be healing. Humans don’t exist in a vacuum! I sit with my clients as we explore all the pieces of the puzzle in a non-judgmental way.
