Does it seem like anxiety rules your life? Are you and your partner constantly fighting? Have there been broken promises? Do you feel lonely, more like roommates than partners? If so, you’ve come to the right place. My two areas of expertise are anxiety counseling and couples therapy/marriage counseling. I have more than 20 years of experience helping hundreds of individuals and couples lead happier, more fulfilling lives. Currently I’m conducting sessions online via Zoom and in person.

I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in my work with individuals. In my couples work, I draw from the Gottman model and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), two evidence-based and highly effective therapy models. In addition, I provide divorce coaching and in high-conflict cases, co-parenting help.
