If you feel stuck and unfulfilled in your life, chances are your early relational experiences are influencing how you move through the world. You may have very few memories of your childhood, if any, and this is often a sign that something important was missing. I can help you start understanding these connections, which will begin to shift unwanted patterns. Many of my clients are people who grew up in difficult family environments or spent years in relationships where their needs came second. They often feel worn down, disconnected from themselves, or unsure why life doesn’t feel as solid or safe as they would like it to.

I offer practical advice and tools, as well as a space where you can make sense of patterns. Our relationship is very important to me and I believe that's a big part of where the healing unfolds. I often blend talk therapy with parts work, somatic elements and EMDR, depending on what you need.

I work with a range of clients and issues including attachment trauma, neglect, divorce, relationship and family-of-origin struggles, ADHD, eating disorders and substance use.
