My primary expertise is in EMDR therapy although I also use Relational Therapy, in addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. As an EMDR Trainer, I'm an educator at heart. My clients enjoy learning about the roots of their issues and finding solutions that are applicable and impactful on other challenges in their life.
