I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with trauma, generalized anxiety (panic disorder) depression, mood disorders, divorce, life transitions and grief. I hold a specific expertise in traumatic loss through illness, violence and crime. For more than 20 years, I also dedicated my life to providing mental health counseling for people with cancer and mental health needs cancer hospitals.
I utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Trauma Informed Practice into my therapeutic approach. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I bring a seasoned perspective and decades of experience to our work together. Grief is personal and deep, and I am ready to be your guide to healing.
