I would be honored to support your life during these difficult times. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS), my primary focus is on families and children of all ages. I’m passionate about providing a safe place to support my client's needs.

I do this by helping them build tools that will strengthen self-compassion, healthy attachment and regulation skills. This results in decreased anxiety and depression symptoms! My therapeutic process is collaborating with clients and families using modalities that support them. I include elements of Art Therapy, Play Therapy, CBT, DBT and parenting support.

Through these methods, I have been able to repeatedly witness healing transformations that have strengthened my client’s ability to connect with self and others in a fulfilling manner. I hope to help you or your loved one’s in this personal journey!
