I am Tammy, LMHC, a licensed mental health counselor with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's most challenging moments. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anger management, alcohol abuse, and bipolar disorder, providing compassionate, direct care tailored to each client's unique needs.
