I want to help you do that very thing. I have been a therapist for 30 years and I enjoy helping people find new dreams out what they believe to be lost possibilities. I have also raised four wonderful children and am personally familiar with life's seeming messiness that can evolve in ways we could not have predicted.
I am a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor, specializing in addictions, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Treatment approaches are tailored for each client and may include EMDR. I am also a Qualified Clinical Supervisor for those seeking and maintaining: LADAC, LPC-MHSP, and CPRS licensure.
