My work is grounded in an advanced education within a psychodynamic and psychoanalytic training. Utilizing this in combination with recent brain research regarding the ability to systematically alter brain function through therapeutic techniques to create overall improved well being is the goal.
Regardless of the therapeutic approach, the successful outcome is accomplished in a non-judgmental and highly accepting environment while creating a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship.
