Providing integrative therapy to adults who want to reduce their stress, struggle and reactivity. I emphasize holistic approaches that increase self-awareness and change unhelpful habits. This collaborative process occurs within a framework of mindfulness, psychodynamic psychology, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I firmly believe in a person's innate ability for healing and change.
I work with a variety of conditions that are exacerbated by, or result in, life stress. This includes burnout, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship difficulties, grief, feelings of overwhelm, parenting and caregiver stress, health conditions, problems with sleep or eating, and significant life events and transitions.
As a clinical psychologist with a concentration in psychoneuroimmunology, I have a thorough understanding of how emotions affect the mindbody.
