Sometimes these patterns can feel protective at first, offering comfort or control, but over time they often begin to take more than they give. It is not your fault, and with the right support, healing is possible. As a Nationally Board-Certified Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the eating disorders field, I am dedicated to helping you build a healthier relationship with yourself, your body, and food.

I specialize in eating disorders, body image concerns, and anxiety, helping clients move toward body acceptance and self-compassion. I also support families navigating a loved one’s eating disorder and also work with clients managing life transitions and everyday stressors.

I offer in-person sessions at my office in Chesterfield, MO and work with clients throughout the surrounding St. Louis area. I also provide virtual therapy for clients across Florida and Ohio.
