Life is a balance that we are all trying to find. As your guide through therapy, I provide a non-judgmental, empathetic, and warm approach in therapy. I assist individuals to find well-being and balance in their lives. I offer coping skills to assist in changing behaviors and thoughts that are a barrier to your journey of balance. I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with a background in Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor with 6 years of experience. I have worked with individuals with dual diagnosis with substance use including anxiety, depression, Bipolar and trauma.

My approach combines motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and rational-emotive therapy along with training in trauma training to assist individuals work through different life situations. I am trained in EMDR for trauma and Progressive Counting too.
