I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 plus years’ experience. I have extensive training and expertise in mental health and chemical dependency. I utilizes evidence-based interventions and approaches to help individuals, couples, and families navigate through challenging life situations to improve their overall well-being.

I am skilled in Schema Therapy, CBT,CPT, DBT, and Solution Focused therapy. My clinical practice has included treatment of these issue and more; Additions-Substance Abuse, relapse Mood Disorders – Anxiety, Depression, and other Interpersonal Relationship to include personal, work, family, codependency, life transitions, veteran issue, grief and loss.
