I genuinely believe that each individual has the ability to achieve healing despite their life experiences. As your therapist I will meet you where you are at and walk beside you through the challenges you are facing. I have years of experience working with children, adults, couples, and families.
My core approach is based Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. These approaches bring awareness to our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how they impact our choices on a daily bases.
