Being a human is hard. Things happen that leave us feeling lost and uncertain of what to do with it all. On top of that, we hold a lot of what happens to us in the body, creating a struggle between what we feel and what we know, and wreaking havoc on our ability to function in the here and now. I am passionate about exploring this struggle through the creative arts, somatic work, and talk therapy. Words aren’t always enough, and using a blend of these three approaches opens up a deeper well from within our spirits. From that well, new life springs forth and we connect with our most authentic self.
Clients have described me as empathic, warm and a safe place to work through sensitive issues. Together we will work through how struggles are showing up not only in the mind, but also in the body. Both are vital parts of the growth and healing you seek.
