About
I’m a licensed professional counselor at One Alkaline Life. My passion and goal in these online therapy sessions is to empower and encourage you to overcome personal obstacles by learning and applying healthy coping skills on a day-to-day basis. Through telehealth, I will be able to provide you with the help you need while you are in your own home.
I have 17 years of experience working in mental health and substance abuse settings that include both inpatient and outpatient treatment facilities. Together, I’m sure we can chart a plan for you to regain control over your life and step towards new possibilities for peace and joy.
I think that each client is unique and different and must be exposed to a powerful individual experience in the therapeutic process. Same-day booking for $100 per session for Individuals, Couples, and Families. Book with me now! Start your Mental Health Journey Today!
