I have been a social worker and in the human services field for over 25 years with almost 10 of these years as a practicing therapist. I use a person centered approach prioritizing developing a rapport with my clients. I am an empathetic individual who brings a warm inviting energy to all my client sessions.
I am proficient in evidence based modalities of CBT, DBT and mindfulness. I am trauma informed and trained in Theraplay, sand tray, EFT, Motivational Interviewing, and TFCBT.
