With 5 years’ experience in community mental health, psychiatric facility, and prison systems altogether, Tammy has supported youths & adults with assessments, skills training, and therapy for individual, family, and group. She utilizes CBT, Existential, EMDR, parts work, trauma-informed care & client-centered insights to address a wide range of concerns.
