About
Are you feeling unseen or unheard by those around you? Is it hard for you to understand your reactions or moods during your daily life? It is possible that past and/or present traumas or losses are taking their toll.
I believe that the human mind is intrinsically healthy. During some life experiences we disconnect from this health and what manifests are symptoms of dis-ease (a lack of balance and ease in life). In my work I do not believe that these symptoms define who you are. Instead, I see the symptoms as messengers. Messengers that help us find our way back to self.
I specialize in loss/grief and life transitions. I believe that the optimal situation is to receive compassionate support during the many stages of life. When you are unconditionally nourished through the discomfort of change/loss, it allows for your natural resilience and health to surface, no matter what the circumstances.
