I specialize in identifying patterns in relationships and helping you utilize your own strengths you already have to achieve your mental health goals. I have several years of helping Clients become mindful of their emotional piggy banks and learning how to keep them full for life's unexpected emotional withdrawals.
I have been blessed in this lifetime to obtain the title of Mother. I have experienced raising a family aboard military bases and having a partner whose work took him away from the family system. I have experience in working with family members of post traumatic stress. I have a current MFT license in California and Tennessee.
