As a certified, professional counselor it has always been my goal and passion to help others in their time of need. I always focus on providing guidance and support to individuals while being committed to helping them achieve their personal goals. I stress that "it is okay, not to be okay". I strive to provide a safe and stress free environment for everyone I work with. It is a honor and privilege to help others find their voice and begin the healing process.
I offer a variety of counseling services including individual, family and couples therapy. I am trained as a trauma informed care specialist. I also provide grief counseling for adults and children, counseling for anxiety, depression, substance abuse and mental health issues.
