I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor who has provided services to people of all ages in the Galveston-Houston area for decades. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional, physical, and spiritual struggles in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including Shriners' Burns Hospital, UTMB Children's Hospital, The Menninger Clinic's Professionals in Crisis Program, Teen and Family Services (addictions), Art Bridge Houston, and in private practice.
While at The Menninger Clinic, I practiced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and I continue to utilize evidence-based treatments in my work. I supervise graduates seeking LPC licensure, am a Certified Group Psychotherapist, an Addictions Counselor, and a certified post-graduate Art Therapist.

This group will utilize psychodynamic and psychoeducational (CBT&DBT) interventions in order for participants to develop the ability to manage anxiety, depression and stress.
