In my 30 years of clinical work, the majority of my clients want to solve a problem(s) or gain control of their life. Seeking out therapy can be difficult for a multitude of reasons. Reaching out to a therapist is similar to reaching out to a physician, chiropractor or physical therapist; healing! In therapy, you decide the goals you want to reach. I can assist you in determining your goals, if you're not sure of the starting point. The choice is yours! There are two therapy dogs in the office.
I'm trained in multiple therapies, modalities and wholistic care. I utilize a mix to assist clients in their problem solving/healing process. I specialize in trauma/PTSD, dementia, addictions and cancer. I also work with anxiety, depression, life stressors (work, family, school, health), chronic pain and life transition/adjustments.
