I prefer a practical approach and frequently use solution focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and rational emotive behavioral therapy. I use homework assignments and psycho-educational techniques when appropriate.
I earned my Master of Social Work Degree from Washington University-St. Louis. I am a board-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri.
As a native to Jefferson County, I am pleased to offer services to members of my community.
