I have been helping divorced & remarried parents with "co-parenting" since 2003. My passion is to help kids have a whole and healthy life by empowering and training divorced parents who are raising them between mom's house and dad's house. This is a complex journey and one that I personally walk every day. I wrote a book, "Co-parenting Works! Helping Your Children Thrive After Divorce" (HarperCollins 2011) and it has been making an important difference with families all around the country. I believe the power of even one stable parent can make a difference for the children!

I also work with step couples who need support in their couple bond, communication, parenting expectations and even how to improve co-parenting with the ex. My husband Jay is also a therapist and can offer additional resources to either individual therapy, co-therapy with couples or family therapy.

We know life is complex and relationships are important. We believe that no matter how dark or painful life seems, there is ALWAYS HOPE! Please contact us today and let us walk the journey alongside you...
