My passion is to identify the root cause of distress and resolve those issues that may be preventing you from experiencing life fully. I provide counseling services for adults experiencing a crisis, recent trauma, or on-going distress, while others may seek personal growth and development. Treatment is customized to meet your individual goals and unique needs.
I have extensive training in a treatment program setting providing a high level of care to adults experiencing a variety of life's crisis. My training has allowed me to develop the skills and tools needed to specialize in treating client's struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma.
I use multiple disciplinaries based on an individual's personal needs and goals. Therapies used are cognitive behavioral, DBT, insight oriented, solution focused therapy, education and EMDR.
