For more than 25 years, I have worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in therapy with adults. I hold a Master's Degree in social work from the University of Chicago. Throughout my career, I have successfully helped clients struggling with a wide range of issues, though I have a particular interest and expertise in working with trauma and anxiety.

My treatment specializations include working with trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, abuse, relationships, women's issues, and divorce/separation issues. I use a variety of models in my work, including EMDR, as well as other cutting-edge approaches to working with the mind and body.

I am a Certified Daring Way Facilitator for Brené Brown's The Daring Way. In addition, I am a certified practitioner in the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), which is a mind-body approach focusing on the biological basis of trauma and the automatic ways that the human body responds.
