At COR Restorative Counseling, I combine my personal life experiences with professional training to create a warm, supportive space for healing and growth. My approach is eclectic, drawing on person-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), integrative, and existential methods to help you discover deeper meaning, purpose, and solutions.
