We all would like to think we are strong enough to overcome these issues on our own, but there comes a time when we need to reach out for additional help. I specialize in treating trauma, mood disorders, and grief. I especially have experience working with teens, men and women who have experienced trauma in their lives.
I taught school for many years in Murfreesboro City Schools and this is a second career for me. I have also raised two boys and understand the challenges that come with being a parent, wife, and caregiver. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my kids and husband. I would be honored to work with your child, teenager or you as an individual or couple.
We all internalize our early experiences, and it has an impact on how we connect with others. I offer a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental environment. I am level 1 and 2 trained in EMDR through Deb Kinnard. I am excited about using this process with my clients. I am recently trained in Brain Spotting therapy.
