Hello! I’m Tammie Howard, a Licensed Resident in Counseling at the Empowerment Therapy Center (ETC) in Manassas, VA. I provide in-person and/or telehealth therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, healing environment where clients can explore challenges, relationships, patterns, needs and develop strategies that support empowerment, deeper self-understanding, and more fulfilling relationships.
I have experience working with diverse populations and supporting clients through concerns related to trauma, life transitions, relationships, gender identity, neurodiversity and disabilities. I use an integrated, relational therapeutic approach to build a strong collaborative relationship and tailor care to the unique needs of each client.
