In my practice, I use a blend of approaches that focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and tailoring our work to your unique needs.
I have experience working with diverse populations and issues related to trauma, life transitions, relationships, gender identity, neurodiversity and disabilities. Together, we will explore challenges, relationships, patterns, needs and co-create strategies to promote empowerment, deeper self-understanding, and more fulfilling relationships.
