We have interactions with others, and with ourselves (internally) everyday. When there is a lack of connection on any level we can become distressed or any number of things. From discouraged to depressed or anxious or just withdrawn. I love working with clients who are seeking to find a balanced and healthy daily interaction within themselves and hopefully with others. It is my heartfelt belief that we are all unique and created to connect with those around us on a level that both brings peace for ourselves and gives back to others in our relationships.
Initially in therapy there may be a time to pause and learn to accept what we are struggling with and learn how to have compassion on ourselves as we navigate the issues. In time it is my desire as a therapist to help my clients grow and move towards thriving and movement in their lives and find restoration and hope for the future.
