I’m passionate in working with women who are having relationship issues, or suffer with mood or anxiety disorders, have trauma, and/or need help transitioning to a more authentic & harmonious lifestyle. We'll create a warm, positive space that is relaxed while also professional. From there, we co-create a roadmap to address your therapy needs. Together, we will discover your self-identity and core beliefs. We’ll explore new coping skills and new narratives as we move through therapy. I specialize in helping women of all ages (18+) process trauma (PTSD/C-PTSD), cope with grief, autoimmune and other chronic illnesses, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and OCD. Doing deep therapy work, we seek out and replace harmful beliefs and patterns and learn new skills, process trauma, and live a more harmonious and authentic life.
