I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in NJ and NY. My goal in therapy is to provide couples, families, and individuals a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment in which they can explore and heal their lives and their relationships. My therapeutic efforts are tailored to the clients’ needs, aimed at identifying and reinforcing their inherent strengths, and promote healthy relationships and emotional growth.
In my practice, I specialize in relationship issues and life transitions. I help my clients find empathy for themselves and for the significant people in their lives. I have experience in working with couples, families, and individuals through issues of trauma, relational conflict, lack of happiness, loss of interest, infidelity, lack of desire and more.
