On the surface, things are going well, but you’ve been feeling anxious and depressed for a long time. The therapeutic relationship between you and I is just as important to help assist you to gain control over your life, helping you to find the courage and self-esteem to be the master of your destiny.
I help individuals from all ages ranging from children and adolescents to older adults overcome personal struggles. There are often historical traumatic events that are forgotten.
