Working on the clinical side of psychiatry for many years has given me a unique insight into the origins of addiction and mental health. Through my real experience and personal life experience, I will help you develop tools and come to solutions that empower you to change behaviors and ultimately your life.
My approach includes a holistic and accepting stance. My areas of specialty are substance use and psychotic disorders. I utilizes solution-focused therapy, eye movement desensitization reprocessing therapy (EMDR), and family systems to help navigate the various needs of my clients.
I approach everyone with acceptance and empathy when it comes to talking about the most personal of times. Going to counseling is a space to talk through sensitive things, and value holding an apathetic and accepting space. I always say be unapologetically yourself.
