About
My training includes a MA in counseling, MS in marriage and family therapy and BS in human development and family studies. I have worked in the mental health field over 15 years and have been licensed since 2006. My areas of expertise range from community mental health to crisis intervention.
Therapeutic intervention applying CBT/ play therapy to address behavioral/anger issues, social skills, character building, identity issues, eating disorders and psychological disorders for kids and for adults from diverse populations, therapeutic interventions include reality orientation and REBT to address anxiety, trauma, PTSD, stress mgmt, domestic issues, bereavement and life coaching.
Your families, children and adults have a resource in the Aldine/Humble Area. I am pleased to announce that I am providing counseling services in office/home on Mon and Fri 9-5, Tues and Wed 9-7, Thurs 9-5and Sat from 9-2 by appointment only.
