Having issues with your teens? The adolescent years can be brutal, especially for teens today who feel pressured by their peers and social media. As Dr. Stephen Illardi points out, we simply weren't designed to live in such a fast-paced plugged in society. You can't heal the mind without being attuned to the body. Using a series of techniques from EMDR to Somatic tools, I help clients identify negative thoughts, locate where pain and trauma live in their body, and learn ways to feel more ease and joy. I also offer a unique program for women who are eager to find more confidence and clarity.
In my practice, I lead with being human first. I bring personal experiences and insights into the room, which effectively inspire and motivate my clients. It's not your traditional one-sided converation.
